We arrived to go to a family event. The reception staff was very friendly and it is worth noting the bartender (Carlos) in the cafeteria, he maintained his professionalism in front of unpleasant customers and with me he showed a kindness and professionalism that I had not seen in a hotel establishment for a long time. Without a doubt we will stay again so that Carlos can serve us some cocktails and some beers with his best smile. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the pillows and mattresses were wonderful. The views of the Alboran Sea were spectacular.
Very disappointed with this hotel, food was awful to say the least, had a leak from upstairs in the bathroom, reported twice nothing done, accused me of breaking the telly which I didn't do and charged my credit card £200, advised by staff to send email which I did, three days later still no response, pool area riddled with flies, just not a good experience *** AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS***
Very nice place but need some renovation. Nice , helpful staff. Food was very good. Swimming pool not so big but the beach is very near. Bus stop right front of the hotel.
