A Fantastic Holiday – We’ll Definitely Be Back! An all-round fantastic holiday! My partner and I stayed at Jaz Mirabel Beach for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. From the hotel itself to the staff, facilities and overall experience, we really couldn’t fault it. The hotel is stunning, spacious and incredibly well maintained. The main restaurant and reception areas are beautiful, and the staff throughout the resort genuinely cannot do enough for you. Wherever you are on site, everyone is polite, welcoming and professional. The pools are clean and well looked after, and the staff at both the pool and beach bars are brilliant. They’re always friendly, attentive and happy to help, which really adds to the overall experience. We stayed in one of the sea-view rooms, and the view was spectacular. There are a few palm trees partially in the way, but this certainly doesn’t take away from the view or the overall aesthetic. Our room (2372) was spacious, clean and in a great location. We were also taken to our room by shuttle on arrival, which was a nice touch. Our cleaner was amazing also, I am terrible with names, but the gent who cleaned our room the entire time was amazing and we spent a good portion when he changed our towels each evening having a chat and a very personable feel. One thing that really stood out was the level of care shown by the hotel when we needed some medical assistance. My partner had an existing medical issue unrelated to the hotel, and we had to use the on-site doctor in the early hours of the morning. He was absolutely brilliant, and the care and professionalism he showed were greatly appreciated. Meena from Guest Relations also followed up with us twice to check that my partner was comfortable and see if we needed anything else. That level of personal care really meant a lot to us and speaks volumes about the team. The food was also good, with a wide variety of options and plenty of choice throughout our stay. Everything we ate was well prepared, and we had no issues at all. Having read some mixed reviews before travelling, we were particularly pleased with our experience. Bottled water is provided in the rooms, which we used for drinking and brushing our teeth as an extra precaution while abroad. The evening entertainment was another positive. There’s a more relaxed atmosphere around the reception terrace, with singers and musicians providing a lovely backdrop, while the entertainment closer to the pools and beach is more energetic and family-friendly. The team clearly put a lot of effort into the shows and activities, and it makes for a great atmosphere in the evenings. I’m not usually someone who likes returning to the same hotel for multiple holidays, as I enjoy experiencing new places. However, I’m genuinely happy to say that my partner and I will be returning to Jaz Mirabel! We had a truly brilliant holiday, and the staff deserve a huge amount of credit for making it so enjoyable. From the facilities and cleanliness to the food, entertainment and exceptional customer service, this hotel has a lot going for it. We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. When exchanging dollars at the reception, they slipped me damaged bills!!!! I think the reception is the face of the hotel and they definitely won't cheat there 😁 Too bad.... The next day, when trying to figure out this situation, we immediately stopped understanding Russian 😁👍 Please call the senior administrator and check the cameras, everyone is... Overall, the food is great 👍. The numbers are good. Constantly strong wind, red flag at the pier, knee-deep beach and sea, well, so-so to fly from Russia to knee-deep sea.... I won't stay in the JAZ hotel chain anymore, let alone in this hotel....
