The room was ok and clean but the bedding never got changed all week. A very small variety of food choices which didn't cater for children or any fussy eaters wouldn't say it was a buffet style, more like a small snack bar. All of the meats on every occasion were raw and under cooked and all food was cold. Desserts always the same. Very rude staff in the dining room, one member of staff even moved the bell so the other hotel couldn't come through to the dining hall. Wasn't notified of hotel charging 100 euros deposit per room on arrival incase of any damages, not even love holidays were aware of this. There was no pool entertainment as they show on any videos, no outside bar entertainment, if the bars weren't open then there wss only a shop to get any refreshments. The roofs were badly leaking in dining area and in some parts of the hotel downstairs and it also badly flooded whilst we were there. Overall a poor experience and will not be returning and definitely will never use ryanair either
Warning don't waste your money!!! Worst place i have ever stayed the food was cold every meal due to air con units blowing above food. Pork and chicken not fully cooked still raw. All we could smell all week was weed from one of the rooms did complain nothing done. There was 2 fights in the womens toilets near the bar. Hardly any toilet roll in toilets ever. Rooms are not very good the first room we was given smelt of cigarettes and was a mess didn't get new room until 00.45am on first night after arriving about 9pm. 100 euro room deposit which we never knew about until we arrived. We went as a family with friends and we would never go here again very disappointed ruined the kids holiday and everyone else's. People leaving was saying thank god we are going home and we won't be back again. Couple of staff in restaurant were very rude as well. So just be warned if you are thinking of going here good luck I would really like to write a good review but reviews have to be honest.
Had a lovely stay would go back just a pity the weather was so bad but it didn’t stop us having fun I had no kids with me but the staff from what I could see was very good with the kids and alway had lots to do with them xx ps just one thing was the desserts was very repetitive for everything else excellent 👌
