This luxurious hotel is situated in Sharm El Sheikh, with on-site shopping amenities and just a 7 minute walk to the nearest beach. It is also only 5 km to the airport. In this well-furnished hotel guests can expect a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioned, spacious rooms are wholly fitted with modern facilities and a balcony or terrace. During the day, guests may opt to relax at the 2 swimming pools, or on the sun terraces beside them, complete with complimentary loungers and parasols. Location is ok sister hotel Parrotell Beach over the road but and that’s a big but could not use amenities was thrown out of pool for not being of the hotel never heard of this before. Rooms ok cleaned daily but strange cleaners heard of two incidents one at night not entirely sure if this was cleaning staff but was found standing in room just staring , another incident cleaning staff entered the room and just stood there people chaining the doors. Food in biggest restaurant is awful smaller restaurant at back of hotel very good food hot and staff lovely , pool bar staff excellent, reception staff ignorant not helpful try the not understand spiel ignore they can speak English at best 3/10
Hotel was good, very nice amenities and absolutely amazing pool area with everything u need. Rooms were okay, (Safe not working, curtains a bit shabby.) Our cleaner Abdullah was very nice and helpful + he made great towel animals😂 Overall a good experience
A Lovely Stay at Parrotel Aqua Park 🌴☀️ I had a really lovely stay at Parrotel Aqua Park and thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. The facilities were really good, and the children absolutely loved the aqua park and the kids’ club, especially Mina. It was a great experience for the whole family, and we made some lovely memories. I would like to give a very special mention to Yusuf, who has been an absolute diamond of a barman! I honestly cannot praise him highly enough. His service and attitude have been fantastic, and staff members like Yusuf really do make a difference to a guest’s holiday. He is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for the way he treats guests. Unfortunately, my experience with Mahmoud at the swim-up bar was quite different. I found him very rude and arrogant, and whenever I asked him for a drink, it often felt as though I was inconveniencing him. Sadly, I wasn’t the only guest who felt this way, which was disappointing. However, I do want to give credit to the management team, who were quick to address my concerns and reassured me that the matter would be dealt with. I appreciated them taking the time to listen and respond to my feedback. The only other downside to our stay was the mosquito bites. A lot of people seemed to be suffering with them, and I’ve honestly never been bitten so much on a holiday before! Unfortunately, the bites did affect our comfort during the stay, so it’s definitely something worth being aware of if you’re planning a visit. That said, they didn’t ruin our holiday, and I wouldn’t want this to overshadow the lovely time we had overall. Overall, I had a fantastic holiday at Parrotel Aqua Park. The facilities were great, the children had a brilliant time, and there were some genuinely lovely members of staff who made our stay special. A huge thank you to Yusuf for being such a wonderful barman — he really deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides. Despite a couple of downsides, we had a lovely holiday and made some wonderful family memories. ❤️🌴
