We love this hotel. This is our 4th visit and it does not disappoint. We have had the terrible storm whilst here but the hotel staff worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of even having to close the restaurant for breakfast and bring the food up to the lobby/bar for everyone. Staff are amazing-,Aya on the pool bar is so friendly and helpful. We will return again and again for a relaxing break in a beautiful hotel
This is more like a city break hotel than somewhere you would go for a family holiday. Slammed in the middle of a built up area there’s no great views.. I had to wait 2 hours to get checked in during a storm. Really not much to do atall. Better for adults only. Gym is not great basic equipment no air con ..meal opening times at night, half 7 .. find that too late but my personal view. Food is nice that is all I have found good so far. I do not find this a resort, more a large town and overspill of a city ..
Excellent hotel pool area brilliant especially on the 8th floor ( adults only) Hotel location very good, staff Very friendly, Food is very good plenty of choices, The only criticism I've got is food could be abit hotter, and there's no crackers for the different cheeses on a night, I dont eat desserts . Lloret You've stole my heart. The area is amazing all the little alleys leading to different cafe bars/ pubs
