Terrible experience the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. The manager Sharon calls guest personal insults in Maltese unaware i understood her. Hotel facilities rented out to private parties in peak season so unable to use all facilities. Definately not 4 * very old rooms with tiny fridge and extra small t.v, hairdrier on wall with wire too short to use properly, mouldy bathroom. Paid for a family room with a separate bedroom but was 4 beds stuffed in one room. Very disapointing stay

We had a great time and very good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent. The pool was slightly smaller than expected but was still onay. Hotel location was good, not too far from main center. Had 3-4 halal shops near by. Public buses were easy to catch to get to the main city and Airport. Food prices were same like UK. Very quiet area. If your not made for heat then avoid going in July-August.

Do not stay at this hotel. We were promised a free drink on hotel,from the manager.went to get free drink at bar ,bartender and waitress basically called us liars and treated us us like trash, .all do the pool bartender ignoring us and not serving us one drink. The staff at this hotel are rude, nasty people. There are so many other nice hotels to stay at besides this self proclaimed 4 star hotel. 4 stars my ass. Cone here for rude nasty people. Horrible place. management that lies, awefull place.
