Arrived around 2.15pm , Macej checked us in (4 of us) , after telling us everything around - very friendly, we asked about lunch as we traveled since 4.30 am and he said Lunch is over - close at 2.30pm but at 3.30 is snacks open and there we can eat something.. only one our room was ready and one not so we put all our bags in one room and waited in bar for snacks restaurant to be open. When we went in - there was nothing we could get , it was like joke ( see photo of snack fridge ) I ve asked waiter what can we eat he said this what is in fridge ! When my husband sit , one small older blonde lady telling him to move away as she want to mop there where we sitting!!! We just left and went for food outside...upset and hungry our holiday started... - food is terrible-they trying to have nice presentation- which is ok but some of food not eatable! Meat from grill extremely salty and even we were served raw chicken!!! Not grilled properly/ chefs should known that chicken is very danger to eat raw !!! Seafood and fish all around !!! Hotel should write on page - mostly fish serving!! - no allergens info in any food - sometimes we even don't know what food is it / no label or info on some foods / when asked staff / they didn't know... - we asked for breakfast take out as we traveled 1.30am - that was no problem and what we get ? 1 orange,1 apple, bottle water and dry baguette! Could not believe that in kitchen there was not some extra ham /cheese /lettuce or vegetable to put it in ! - no music in pool area - swimming pool so small and limited sun-beds - chairs not comfortable in pool areas if you have to sit on with swim dress - wake up early morning to stand in queue for tickets to get sun-beds on the beach is unbelievable Only positive I can say - room are nice , clean , bar staff Moha, Dana extremely friendly Definitely not recommend

Fantastic Adults-Only Getaway in Calella! My partner and I had yet another incredible stay at Amaika Hotel. The adult-only setting made for a wonderfully relaxing, peaceful atmosphere throughout our whole trip. Unbeatable locatio, just a 2-minute stroll from Calella Beach and super close to the main town area filled with shops, cafes, and bars. Exceptionally welcoming staff and professional front-desk, bar, and restaurant teams. Special thanks to Mohamed and the bar staff for being so helpful and super friendly, always smiling and attentive. Also super patient and appreciative of our poor Spanish atempts. Clean, stylish, and comfortable. The classic, Titanic-inspired décor gives the hotel a unique, high-end feel. Great pool area with comfortable loungers, plus a top-notch mini spa and gym for unwinding. The show-cooking buffet selection was fresh with plenty of local and international variety. Exceptional diversity and service- we evan made friends among the staff! We have come to this same resort for a few years now, and we would happily return again. Thank you guys! You are amazing.
