Pools are always closed, food is terrible and the rooms and showers aren’t the best
The stay is very mediocre. We arrived and had to wait more than an hour before we could go to the rooms. The rooms are quite small and do not contain a refrigerator, tables, chairs, and the television offers few to no channels. The beds were very cramped and hard and the pillows were very hard and small. The bathroom cannot be locked and the shower is in the bathtub. The walls are also very dirty and have cracks everywhere. The walls are also very thin and you can hear the neighbors using the toilet. The food was not pleasant either. First of all, the boards are dirty. The staff is inexperienced and the food is tough and cold. There is also little variety in food. The people in the hotel are nicely unsocial. During our stay there was a sting operation in the hotel. Also, the photos on the site do not match how it looks in real life. Not recommended!
I could define it as the hotel that never sleeps, too much confusion and kids laughing and yelling until 3 in the morning on the balconies, walls too thin, you hear everything, for those looking for rest and relaxation it is better to avoid. Taking the elevator is a challenge... everyone running to the dining room transmitting too much anxiety, the rooms are not comfortable, they are old, the bathroom is very old, there is no hair dryer, there is no shower but there is a tub with a very uncomfortable fabric curtain, there is a shutter on the wall in the bathroom that communicates with the room next door, incredible, there is no safe, there is no desk with a chair to even set down a newspaper. The staff is very kind, truly very efficient, always available to solve any problem, the food is fine for those who are hungry, not for those looking for taste and quality, in 3 weeks of stay I never saw Paella or shrimp, too much confusion in the dining room, everyone running, even pushing just to fill their plates. Experience to forget. The location is convenient near the center and near the sea, there is also a beautiful supermarket opposite, for the rest very disappointing for my experience.
