Everything was great. Clean and safe. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone.
My experience at Renaissance Golden View Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff. The food offers a good variety, and the activities and entertainment make the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Abeer from the Animation Team ❤️ She is such a lovely, cheerful, and friendly person. Her positive energy, beautiful smile, and warm personality make the atmosphere even better. Thank you, Abeer, for making our stay more enjoyable and memorable! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, excellent hospitality, and a great atmosphere. I would love to visit again! 🌹
Bad! 1. The entire territory of the hotel consists of stairs! I don't have a meniscus, it's a torture to go up to the cafeteria three times a day and go down to the sea. Can we go without stairs, via the bypass road where electric cars drive: I counted 1200 steps to the sea and 1300 to the canteen. 2. There are no benches at all! Throughout the entire hotel! I have to pull over to the curb. Well, you don't have money for benches - throw out the lounge chair, even a broken chair! 3. Reviews mention the staff is not very responsive. But they just run away at a good cruising speed when you approach to ask for something. So you approach the bouncer of the calamari diner to get a bottle of water or a drink (since you can't just take one, you have to ask), and the bouncer turns around and runs outside with excitement to scrub the terrace floor! Next time I will stand behind the counter myself. Do you want a towel - no one is at the counter. I just looked specifically - it's empty again. 4. There are no changing rooms! Not at all! So I have to walk 1200 steps in the wind in a wet swimsuit! Or change clothes by asking my husband to cover me with a towel! In a Muslim country! 5. The sea is a red flag 75% of the time! And even if it's yellow, while I crawl 1200 steps, it will be 100% red. Since the fourth day, I have accepted that the sea is gone. Just don't tell me it's for my safety. The neighboring hotel, 50 meters behind the wall, is always having parties! And if there are underwater currents right in this spot, then what were you building here?! And even if there are no waves, it's closed at 7 in the morning, it's closed at 4:30. Electric cars are speeding by like crazy, but when you try to stop them, it turns out they are service vehicles (like driving for official purposes). 7. There is no hotel plan, it is unknown what works where until when 8. We did not meet the guide. 10. Regarding food: you won't go hungry, but take something for flatulence. 11. The internet is constantly failing. Offers to connect a paid one, but I didn't try it. 12. My favorite hat is lost 😢13. If the towel is left on the sunbed for more than an hour, it is taken and you run to look for it. 14. There are no paper napkins at lunch and dinner. 15. I encountered bad treatment towards Russian speakers for the first time. Husband asks for a bottle of water in Russian, they say no. Please in English. A friend in Russian asks for ice cream - they say only for children. They offer a choice. Pros: 1. Cheap 90 thousand for a week for two. Big room (am I going to live in it 🙇♀️) 3 when I said the floor lamp was sparking and there would be a fire soon and we would all die instantly corrected 4. Good coffee and beer in the lobby (the husband said it was from bottles there, not from who knows where on the beach). In general, if possible, take something else. We were in Hurghada before, everything was completely different
