Even the hot food was far below the standards of edible and also what was supposed to be warm was all cold. Fried potatoes cold, fries cold and limp, potato croquettes limp and lukewarm, meat (like a roulade tough and cold, the fried chicken was tough) I understand afterwards that the price statement was not the highest either but it still didn't look right. Also upon arrival the pool was empty and was not put back into operation even after repairs. We were told that the pool was leaking. I needed a pool because I can't walk well because I have a lung problem (COPD) and was recovering from heart surgery, so I couldn't walk far to the beach and sunbeds. Now I had to walk, but walked in almost 20 minutes over a distance of 600 meters because I constantly had to stop to regain strength, and then back again. I am very shocked by all of this because it was far below the standards that your travel organization Corendon stands for, and what I have never experienced with Corendon. We had no contact with the tour leader because we couldn't find her at the hotel and didn't have the energy or desire for any hassle, or an offer to go to another hotel to swim and walk, because then I would have to go there again, so that was not a solution either. The room, view, and hotel staff were otherwise fine. The hotel is very dated and in need of renovation. Holes in the hallways and worn spots in the flooring with large stains. Great stay yet again Pool wasn’t open but the bar and sunbathing was on the roof so happy days Only booked bed and breakfast but all as usual. The staff are what makes this place 🫶
