Hotel is literally located on the beach. Staff were helpful and pleasant especially Jose. We had a standard room(646) on 6th floor which is an odd shaped room at 1st made me feel a bit claustrophobic by how cramped it was, but the balcony more then made up for the room as was very spacious and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was comfy and had lots of pillows, the shower was very powerful and hot. We stayed at as half board which was breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is 7.45am - 10.30am and dinner is 6.30pm-9.30pm.....most of the time we went to breakfast at about 8am and there was plenty of seats the only issue I had was the food wasn't really hot just lukewarm but was still edible lots of choices of cereal, fruit, cooked foods, salad bits, coffee and juice. Now dinner the food was still lukewarm but was a nightmare to get seats especially when it was busy. Think the dinner times need to be changed maybe 6-9.30. When you go to dinner you need to leave your breakfast/dinner log card on the table so that staff know that the table is occupied. We came with jet 2 and each time we looked at the rep times on the app it was different to what was told to us previously. We didn't see any reps at the hotel to book trips. The hotel was spotless and the cleaners came outside during the day to sweep up the sand that was by the hotel steps. We came for 12 days and unfortunately the weather was not kind to us, we only had a few days of sunshine, most of the time we had heavy rain and thunderstorms but the temp was still 24°. In peak season July /Aug I feel this hotel would be extremely busy for the pool, getting anything to eat etc that's why I would advise if you want to come to this hotel then come out of season as at least you will be able to use things.
Absolutely wonderful stay cannot fault it at all excellent we will be back all staff wonderful 😊😊
Today is my last night at the hotel, after a week on All-Inclusive. I know about 11 hotels between Cambrils, Salou, and La Pineda, since I come very frequently and I definitely recommend this hotel. I have read complaints about the buffet and I think that as of today, there is no reason for them. I am a person who, like my partner, places great importance on food, and it is very varied with all kinds of meats and fish, pasta, vegetables, and rice dishes. Desserts with top-brand yogurts, fresh fruit like 10 different types (some grapes, both white and black, that were amazing), and yes, industrial cakes. The cleanliness in the dining room is exceptional between guests, disinfecting the tables. The hotel management must be doing something right for all the staff, absolutely everyone, to be charming with a smile and always eager to help. There have been 3 details that I liked a lot because they show that they care about the guests: the first is that the dining room manager gives you all the explanations when you enter the dining room on the first day, the second is that they give you lunch both on the day of arrival and the day you leave; it is the first time in my life that, by booking 6 nights, they give me 7 lunches (in my case I won't be able to take advantage of it because we are leaving early since we have many miles ahead of us, but the gesture is there). The third detail is sending us a survey on the first day to see if everything is to our liking. I am used to them sending us the survey at the end when there is no longer a solution if something has been wrong. And of course, as seen in the photos, the beach is at the foot of the hotel, although in our case it has rained and we have hardly been able to be there. There is some small thing that I cannot find an explanation for, and that is that while paying for an all-inclusive, the water is filtered. I do not drink alcohol, I book the AI for my partner, but I think that we should not be given filtered water instead of bottled mineral water when an A.I. has been paid for as if we were on a full-board plan.
