The location is ideal a 10 min walk into the strip, That is the only good thing I’ve got to say. The hotel is like magaluf. Theres a rooftop bar which is full of underage French/ Spanish every evening the hotel is like a nightclub good luck sleeping before 2am as you’ll hear everything through the paper thin walls. The staff at the bar by the pool have no interest in entertaining any English language at all. As for the room at first glance it’s lovely. Till you spot the black mold and get the smell of the drains 4/5 times a day. The keycards reset after the cleaner goes in ( they only make the beds so don’t expect the floor to be anything but manky there’s dust all over the hallways ) we were given bedsheets with a blood stain on them. There’ll be no need to visit the theme parks as the fear you’ll get in the elevators will suffice flimsy and feels as if you’ll be stuck in it anytime you go near it. Feel bad leaving such a negative review as some of the staff are lovely but this is just the truth of our experience.
