Absolutely love our experience here from the food to the people to the resort itself. 5 stars and let’s not forget Jimmy Gomaa providing 10star service all day every day.

The staff were amazing and helped make the holiday as great as it was. Cleaning staff were very friendly and approachable. They would make towel animals for my son and would pose them for fun. Towel staff and life guards were friendly and welcoming. Especially Saeed, Jimmy Jimmy and Mohamed. Restaurant staff are very helpful and polite especially Jimmy who was happy to help and made us feel very welcome, The reception staff were great too, they helped with information about currency change, booking restaurant, taxi and even cheeky McDonald’s order. The hotel itself is good. Abit rough around the edges but not dirty and we would definitely return,
