Food good. Cleaning rooms good. Entertainment rubbish. The corridors to rooms needs Cleaning. We there for 7 days, they were never mopped. Sticky due to spilt drinks. We stayed in room 2062. And had cock roaches daily in our room.

Don’t do your nails there !!! My 13 yrs old daughter went there and we paid £45 for nails and went out. After 3 hrs she came back with these sh*ts and crying al the way to our room with words that she wants to take it off. At the end they said to her that these nails should cost £85 and not £45 what we paid .

Just finishing off a week with a family of 9 first time at this resort overall a great break airport was smooth and we booked a private transfer with falcon great service waiting to greet us and very smooth the hotel staff were excellent very attentive in reception we had a delux double with partition and terrace 1008 I would recommend this room easy access to pool area close to main reception and evening activities the pool area was excellent the room attendant was excellent he kept our room spotless and towel art was available daily we had a couple issues with mosquitoes out side our door and asked the hotel to fog this and were immediately there. Tip get some raid from the metro outside the hotel it’s a £1 just to spray any that have managed to get in the room if you get bites make sure you use good repellent they are numerous and a lot of people had bites the quiet area and the kids area was very will supervised we had no problems obtaining beds however for the most popular area next to the kids access you would probably have to get there early however again the pool staff would find beds for you and provide padded beds overall the quality of food is good we had no health issues and the areas are kept very clean sanitiser is on constant use in the dining room by the staff we tipped small amounts for staff who seemed very grateful we booked one trip with Aquarius around the pool a days boat trip with snorkel and scuba it went very smooth the staff were very professional and safe only 25 max on the boat and the sea life was the best I’ve seen the water park is good again the supervisors are excellent very safe for kids . The night time activities are basic mini disco fire show and karaoke but to be honest the kids were so tired from the day they were happy to get back to the room
