This was our second time going back to the hotel and will definitely not be the last . Arrived very early for check in was allowed to check in for a extra small fee which was fine . Pool area spotless as usual . This time there was entertainment during the day which was great for the kids . Apartments are fantastic ours was a one bed but our friends had a two bed upstairs downstairs was outstanding Both have dishwasher and washing machine . Shop around the corner has everything but if doing a big shop head to Lidl five minutes in a taxi . Will be back again 👍

We stayed here for a week ,a family of 5 ,the apartment was spotless and spacious and really good value for money, the staff where very friendly and helpful

It is not the first time we go there but won't return at least for long stays for below reasons : 1. the room allocated was strange with useless stairs inside the room (1 room apartment) that you had to climb in order to reach living spaces (bedroom and living room) 2. They have lowered their standards of cleanings. Now is every 3 days which makes it you don't feel to get the appropriate hotel services. For the management of the hotel, I would suggest no cleaning at all so that you save more and more money 3. We have been asking 3 times to get the right number of towels in the room. While the reservation was clearly stating that we were 4, the first time we entered and each time there was cleaning service (2 times in our case), they were putting only 2 shower towels. I can admit that an error was made the first time which is excusable but if they repeat the error every time, this shows a problem in the level of services 4. Unfortunately, seems that the chef for the breakfast changed. Last year was excellent and now is much lower in its standards. While last year we were eating every day the breakfast this year was not worth it at all. we ate there the first day and decided not to eat again the other days. Apart from that, the positive point is that staff at reception desk is very nice.
