ok straight to the positives and negatives. positives, * quite close to the disney parks (not really walking distance) and shuttle bus runs at regular times and always on time. * breakfast is very tasty and plenty of choice (usual sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans and potatoes) cold choices are cereal, 3 types of croissant/pan au chocolate, fruit, ham and cheese. and the standard bread and toast. * pool is warm and plenty of sunbeds and clean towels. * we stayed in a villa and was very spacious * good heater/air con in the room Negatives * check in took over 2 hours waiting for room to be cleaned after we were told it would be ready at 16.00, didn't receive room cards until 18.00 *end of the night shuttle buses after the fireworks are a free for all with people pushing and shoving children out of the way to get on, and absolutely rammed to capacity and beyond with children crying everywhere. * hotel drinks prices are very expensive, which is to be expected, but at £8.00 for a pint of lager its a rip off. * pool gets very busy and is un supervised. * room showers are not powerful more like a dribble. * no cooking utensils at all in our "fully equipped kitchen" and only one 7" saucepan to use for six people
