Overall this is a great hotel , staff are lovely can’t do enough and rooms are better than expected, we did have an issue with the shower this was rectified with 10 mins however the shower was not the best through the holiday that’s the only thing I’d say , it was warm however you had to hold it to shower which wasn’t easy, could have done with a bath mat as slippy but don’t let this put you off it’s a lovely hotel with places within a 5 minute walk to eat or drink the entertainment was ok worth a watch altho think if I was there 2 weeks would have drive me mad that said something for everyone , I would return no doubt , maids came every day fresh towels made beds and emptied bins

Food poorly prepared. Facilities either not as promised or unsafe/broken. Managers either lie or shout and become aggressive. Room wise, wardrobe door was warped and could not close. Fridge was damaged. AC remote broke. Patio doors would not work properly. Even worse was the glass shower door was missing as it broke and no need replaced it. Lies regarding pools and snack bar. The only food at snack bar is some small dried cake and a ham and cheese sandwich ...that's it! To start with on arrival we asked about food and was told restaurant closed at 9pm we arrived at 10.10 pm had to go out and find somewhere to eat. The room was ok but dated and had broken hand rail in shower floor was very slippery when wet. Food was never hot always cold or tepid at best. Very limited choice as well Roof top pool and bar ok but last day bar closed because it might rain even in 24 deg heat sunny by order of the management. And meant to be a 4 star hotel but clearly not customer focused.
