I had a pleasant stay at Euronapa Hotel from 14/10 to 18/10, room 248 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now about the hotel and room: I stayed in a Superior Room with one more person, but it’s actually spacious enough for 4–5 people. The room has a balcony with a small sea view and is located very close to the main streets of Ayia Napa - Nissi Avenue and Bar Street. The furniture is a bit old, but still comfortable. Some items, like the hair dryer, are quite outdated, and the hotel doesn’t provide slippers or dental kits - but let’s remember, it’s a 3-star hotel. Housekeeping mainly changed towels; I didn’t notice a full room cleaning during my stay, though on check-in it was spotless, so no complaints there. The pool was great - clean, medium-sized, and not too cold. The jacuzzi was also nice, and there’s a bar and restaurant right next to the pool. Breakfast was very good: a wide variety of food, tasty coffee, and quick service. We also tried the Cyprus evening dinner - for me, it wasn’t worth the €17 (I left still hungry), but my mom loved it. Honestly, in Ayia Napa €17 barely gets you a gyros, so the dinner is fine for the price - I just didn’t enjoy the options personally. Finally, the service was wonderful! I want to especially thank Arina at reception - such a kind, welcoming girl who speaks several languages and always greets guests with a warm smile and genuine care. Thank you, Arina, you’re amazing! ❤️ And whole F&B staff (sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name) , especially, Mr. Amar from F&B - thank you for your friendly service and your cheerful smile every morning. You truly made our stay feel like home!

The room we got on arrival was cleaned ages ago or never cleaned at all. Dust everywhere, floors full of someones hair and other stuff. Black footprints in the bathtub. The hairdryer sticky full of dirt. Black dirty towel in the wardrobe. Pillows with hair also. The sheetbed was black and with gravel on it :( sad I didnt’ take a photo of it. The tables sticky also never cleaned. Strange then why when we arrived it was said we have to wait until 14:00 the room will be cleaned if it wasnt even checked???! The towels were changed everyday but almost everytime one or two had stains from somenones makeup. Truly , I have never ever understood people who are taking photos of some kind of things like this on their holiday but when you get into the situation by yourself then you realise that is important to worn people what to expect and that the rating in booking for example is clearly not realistic. Talking about the included breakfast-very very poor. Everyday the same,little choice. We have spent 900 eur for a week and somebody could ask us what you expect for this value of money?! But we have had much better experiences before for the same amount of money so we can compare. The swimming pool area nice. The location- good. In the middle of the city heart. All in all, the hotel has things to improve!!!
