This was another stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek, and once again the hotel exceeded all our expectations. It is truly a place you want to come back to. Everything is thoughtfully designed and maintained – the beautiful surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, outstanding food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service all create an unforgettable holiday experience. We would especially like to thank Merve. She is incredibly kind, warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. She made us feel welcome from the very first moment and was always there whenever we needed anything. People like Merve are the heart of this hotel and one of the main reasons guests want to return. Thank you, Merve – you are amazing! We would also highly recommend the Galata Restaurant. It was one of the absolute highlights of our stay. The Greek-themed evening was simply magical, with beautiful dancers, fantastic live entertainment, delicious food, and an incredible atmosphere. One of the best parts was that guests were invited to join the dancing and become part of the celebration, making the evening even more memorable, joyful, and full of positive energy. Ela Excellence perfectly combines luxury with genuine hospitality. Every day of our stay was filled with wonderful moments, and we are already looking forward to coming back. The shower in the room was broken and the sink didn’t drain water properly however it got quickly fixed by the staff. The food choice is limited. The location is amazing tho, the hotel campus is massive with a lot of green spaces lots of pools and clean beach with a lot of space for hanging out. Since the hotel has a kids club there are a lot of toddlers around so it could be quite noisy, but it is a nice place to be with family.
