This hotel is far from a 5-star experience; in fact, it barely meets a low standard. The maintenance is shockingly poor, evident in the constantly dirty pool area i was up by 6am never saw it cleaned.... broken parasols are common, and the same grime, my mint leaves from day before, remained on our plastic table. The entire place feels dated and tatty, desperately needing an overhaul. Towels are worn and lifeless. Our stay was plagued by regular power cuts, and the air conditioning was a complete lottery – our room, unfortunately, was one of the unlucky ones without good working AC. When maintenance finally arrived, their only "solution" was to tell us to keep the curtains drawn, which, unsurprisingly, did nothing to fix the problem. Communication with staff was incredibly challenging; we strongly recommend Google Translate if you need to ask for anything. Lifts are soooo dodgy! Good luck with them. The food while heavily Turkish, and presented two alarming situations for us. For my vegan niece, in one of their "à la carte" (but no table service) restaurants, there were no suitable options, and they were prepared to cook her meal on the same hot plate as meat. A tesm leader in a blue shirt came over and falsely claimed a special plate was used, only for us to discover it was meant for my nephew and cooked on same hot plate as meat??!! Even more concerning was a later visit to their Italian restaurant where, without any allergy inquiry, we ordered chicken with pasta and were served prawns hidden in the pasta element of the dish! Without any prior knowledge if one of us had allergy to prawns??? This hotel clearly has a dangerous disregard for food allergies. We ended up eating out three nights due to the lack of options. We chose this hotel due to the positive reviews we read, so I am genuinely baffled by any positive reviews this place receives. I do however know one of the entertainment staff took my phone to start filling out a review on my behalf! I Quickly took my phone off them, so unsure if this is the method they do?? My opinion, this place desperately needs appropriate leadership and a complete overhaul of cleanliness and guest care. IT IS NOT FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE It's a mediocre hotel, highlights were the sun beach and pool - some staff shine out such as Hasim, Pepe and David and young girl with ginger hair from animation team (sirry dont remember name) The beach area for food and entertainment is pleasant but in all honesty, i have experienced so much better and in truth, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in at Lara Beach. Be smart and look elsewhere there are much better experiences for same price along lara believe me ! All that was missing here from this was Manuel from Fawlty Towers !!!

We har a great holiday with the family. The family room was great, and with good view. The food was very good in the buffet and also the restaurants. The children had a lot of fun and enjoyed everything. Staff was helpful and very polite. I would definitively come back to this hotel.
